FCA’S GENERAL INSURANCE ADD-ONS MARKET STUDY: PROVISIONAL FINDINGS AND PROPOSED REMEDIES MS14/1
The FCA conducted a study into general insurance add-ons in 2013, publishing their findings in March (2014). Interested parties were then invited to comment on the report. The NFDA has responded to the market study, assessing the findings and voicing concerns over the FCA's analysis of their main piece of data from the report; the cancellation of GAP policies.

CONSULTATION ON FEES SET UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
This consultation looks at Government plans to localise fees under the Licensing Act 2003. This would allow Licensing Authorities to set their own fees for a range of applications such as new premises licences, personal licences, variations and renewals. The PRA has responded on behalf of members vocalising their concern.
