Select Committee Submissions

Select Committees operate in both houses of Parliament and are made up of MPs from all political parties.

Their remits cover examining the work of Government departments, looking at specific issues on an ad hoc basis and providing a check and balance on legislation and policy.

Where relevant, the RMI and its associations submit written evidence to Select Committees, as well as appearing in front of MPs to provide oral evidence when requested.
