Driving digital 2017: The future of digital automotive retailing

“Following last year’s success, Driving Digital 2017 aims to provide you with a number of useful insights into the world of digital marketing and automotive retailing.  Keynote speakers will take you on a journey through the digital landscape of used cars and leave you with a series of innovative and practical ideas”, said Sue Robinson, Director of the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA), commenting on the imminent event.

Driving Digital 2017 will be taking place tomorrow, Thursday 9 February, from 9.30am at Villa Park, Birmingham. It promises to be fast paced, engaging and informative.

Nick King, Auto Trader Insight Director

Nathan Coe, Auto Trader Operations Director

Sue Robinson, NFDA Director

Neil Addley, NFDA Trusted Dealers Managing Director

Nick King, Scott Sinclair and Nathan Coe will provide an insight into the digital car buying process and how users engage online and on mobile devices. Eddie Hawthorne will follow, sharing the secrets of success in modern retailing at Britain's largest privately held car dealer group. Finally, Mark Squires and Neil Addley will analyse the role of the NFDA including its current lobbying activities with the Government, and describe how franchised dealers can ensure consumer loyalty both in sales and service.
