Frank Harvey, Head of NAB, along with a member of the NAB Executive Committee attended a meeting with Ageas UK – award winning insurance provider, at their offices in Eastleigh on 15 April 2014.

Harvey commented, “During the meeting, NAB raised a number of issues in the hope to reach a clearer and more transparent understanding about the industry.

“Topics included issues relating to courtesy cars and the current procedures in place for dealing with damage to courtesy cars and problems that arise for members during first and third party claims.

“Many of the individual concerns raised by NAB are considered as ongoing and a work in progress and NAB will seek further clarification on behalf of their members going forward”.
