RENEWAL OF NFDA STANDARDS

The National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) is committed to high standards of delivery to give confidence to customers when visiting our dealerships. The NFDA pledges that all our members are committed to delivering a first class experience to our customers through our aftersales and used car standards.  

Our dealerships are staffed by highly professional, highly trained and knowledgeable staff who maintain our agreed standards of delivery. Our standards of delivery are in place to reassure customers that they are receiving the highest quality of service from properly trained, technically proficient and passionate individuals whom you can trust.

The renewal of the NFDA standards gives customers access to expert technicians, software upgrades, genuine and approved parts and a complimentary visual safety check when they visit a dealer. This service differentiates the NFDA and provides reassurance to the customer that all their requirements will be met when they visit a franchised dealer.

The NFDA standards include:

  • Use of the latest manufacturer diagnostics
  • Providing expert technicians with brand expertise
  • Manufacturer recalls and software upgrades

  • All parts and labour come with 12 months warranty
  • Courtesy services
  • Transparent pricing
  • Free visual safety checks
  • Standard financing and mileage tests on all used cars
