RMI Bodyshops (NAB/VBRA) has teamed up with Hella Gutmann Solutions and several of their training provider members to help spread the word on complex systems such as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) through a series of national evening events.

The first ‘Know How’ event of 2016 was hosted by Automotive Training Ltd Kent, a specialist body repair training and accreditation organisation.  Technical content was presented by Hella Gutmann’s Head of Business Development, Neil Hilton.

The event was well attended and very informative, with many members saying that the information provided ‘will help in their day to day business with regards to the systems’.  It will also ensure that vehicles fitted with ADAS are correctly repaired and their systems are recalibrated as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Hella Gutmann also provided a video demonstration of their multi marque recalibration solution for ADAS Camera and radar systems.

Frank Harvey, Head of Bodyshop Operations for NAB/VBRA commented “This was an enlightening event, and from the feedback received on the evening, we will be holding further ‘Know How’ events on a variety of topics throughout the remainder of the year.”
