NFDA Responds to FCA’s Motor Finance Redress Scheme

The National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) acknowledges the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules for the motor finance redress scheme, announced after market close on 30 March 2026.

Following engagement between NFDA, the FCA and other industry bodies, the FCA has made several changes to the design of the final scheme. NFDA will provide a further update to members in due course.
