Meeting to be held on 2nd June 2026

10.30am at 201 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5AB and virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Agenda.

1. Chairmans Welcome.

2. Directors Elections. a) The following directors are retiring by rotation, and are seeking re-election, W Mason Drust, S Robinson, A Russell and N O’Dwyer.

3. To receive and consider the Reports and the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025.

4. To confirm the appointment of the Auditor and to fix the Remuneration for the financial year commencing 1 January 2026.

5. Any Other Business

To attend the AGM in person you will need to provide the following details to company.secretary@RMIF.co.uk no later than two working days prior to the commencement of the meeting:

1) Name of your Organisation

2) Association of the RMI that you are a member of

3) Your organisation membership number of that Association;

4) Email address and title of person attending the meeting on behalf of your organisation.
